Weather-resistant BBQ cover for 2-burner grills up to 105 cm wide. 100% polyester with PU coating. Velcro straps for secure fit. Protects against rain, UV, and dust. Cover dimensions: W 110 x D 65 x H 120 cm. 12-month warranty. Available at our Wetherill Park showroom.
The Coleman Premium Small BBQ Cover is designed to fit 2-burner gas BBQs up to 105 cm wide, including the Coleman Revolution 2-Burner models. The cover protects your BBQ from rain, UV degradation, dust, and outdoor weathering when the BBQ is not in use.
The cover is constructed from 100% polyester fabric with a PU (polyurethane) coating. The PU coating adds water resistance and durability to the base polyester fabric, which improves the cover's ability to shed rain and resist tearing. Polyester is lightweight, quick-drying, and resistant to mildew, which makes it suitable for outdoor storage covers that remain on BBQs for extended periods.
Velcro straps at the bottom of the cover cinch the cover tight around the BBQ, which prevents wind from lifting the cover or allowing rain to enter from below. The straps also keep the cover secure during storms or high winds.
The cover dimensions are W 110 x D 65 x H 120 cm, which provides 5 cm of clearance on each side for BBQs up to 105 cm wide. This clearance ensures the cover fits over the BBQ without being stretched tight, which would stress the fabric and reduce the cover's lifespan.
As an authorised Coleman stockist, we have the Coleman Premium Small BBQ Cover available at our Wetherill Park showroom alongside the full Coleman Revolution BBQ range.
100% polyester with PU coating The cover is made from 100% polyester fabric enhanced with a PU (polyurethane) coating. The polyester base fabric is lightweight, quick-drying, and resistant to mildew. The PU coating adds water resistance and increases durability by creating a barrier that prevents water from penetrating the fabric.
PU-coated polyester is more environmentally friendly than PVC-coated alternatives because PU does not contain chlorine or phthalates. The coating is also more flexible than PVC, which reduces cracking and extends the cover's lifespan.
Fits 2-burner BBQs up to 105 cm wide The cover is designed to fit 2-burner gas BBQs with a maximum width of 105 cm. This includes the Coleman Revolution 2-Burner models and most other 2-burner BBQs on the market.
The cover dimensions are W 110 x D 65 x H 120 cm. The 5 cm clearance on each side (110 cm cover width for 105 cm BBQ width) ensures the cover fits over the BBQ without being stretched tight. A cover that is too tight stresses the fabric and seams, which reduces durability. A cover with appropriate clearance drapes over the BBQ naturally and lasts longer.
Velcro straps for secure fit Velcro straps at the bottom of the cover wrap around the BBQ and cinch the cover tight. This prevents wind from lifting the cover or blowing it off during storms. The straps also keep the cover close to the BBQ base, which prevents rain from entering from below.
Without straps, covers can blow off in high winds or flap against the BBQ, which damages both the cover and the BBQ finish. The Velcro straps eliminate this problem by securing the cover firmly in place.
Protects against weather, UV, and dust The cover protects your BBQ from:
Using a cover extends the lifespan of your BBQ by reducing exposure to these damaging elements. The cost of a cover is significantly lower than the cost of replacing rusted burners, faded panels, or corroded components.
Easy to clean The PU-coated polyester fabric can be cleaned with a damp cloth. If the cover accumulates dirt, dust, or mildew, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow it to air dry before replacing it on the BBQ.
Do not machine wash the cover, as agitation can damage the PU coating and seams. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents, as these can degrade the PU coating.
Lightweight and easy to handle Polyester is lightweight compared to canvas or vinyl alternatives, which makes the cover easy to remove and replace when you want to use the BBQ. The lightweight construction also makes the cover easier to fold and store during extended periods when the BBQ is in use.
12-month limited warranty The Coleman Premium Small BBQ Cover is backed by a 12-month limited warranty.
The Coleman Premium Small BBQ Cover fits the following Coleman models:
Coleman Revolution 2-Burner BBQ (Black Matte)
Coleman Revolution 2-Burner BBQ (Black Gloss)
The cover also fits most other 2-burner gas BBQs up to 105 cm wide from other brands. If your BBQ is wider than 105 cm, you will need the Coleman Premium Large BBQ Cover (fits BBQs up to 155 cm wide) or the Coleman Premium Extra Large BBQ Cover (fits BBQs up to 170 cm wide).
Many BBQ owners leave their BBQs uncovered outdoors year-round. This accelerates deterioration in several ways:
Rust and corrosion: Rain and moisture cause rust on burners, burner tubes, flame tamers, grates, and any exposed metal components. Stainless steel is rust-resistant but not rust-proof, and lower-grade stainless or mild steel components will rust when exposed to moisture. Rust reduces the lifespan of these components and eventually requires replacement.
UV degradation: Sunlight contains UV radiation that fades painted finishes, degrades plastic components (knobs, handles, wheels), and weakens fabric or rubber seals. UV damage is cumulative and irreversible. After several years of direct sun exposure, painted surfaces become chalky and discoloured, and plastic components become brittle and crack.
Dust and debris: Outdoor BBQs accumulate dust, pollen, leaves, and insect debris on cooking surfaces. This requires cleaning before each use. A cover prevents this accumulation and keeps cooking surfaces clean.
Bird droppings and tree sap: Bird droppings are acidic and corrode metal and painted surfaces. Tree sap is sticky and difficult to remove once it hardens. Both are common on uncovered BBQs and cause permanent damage if not cleaned immediately.
A cover eliminates or significantly reduces these problems. The cost of a cover ($99) is far lower than the cost of replacing rusted burners ($50-150), faded control panels, or degraded plastic components.
Cleaning the cover: Wipe the cover with a damp cloth and mild soap when it accumulates dirt or mildew. Allow the cover to air dry completely before replacing it on the BBQ. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals, as these can damage the PU coating.
Storing the cover: If you remove the cover for an extended period, fold it and store it in a dry location away from direct sunlight. Do not store the cover while wet or damp, as this can promote mildew growth.
Using the cover: Always allow the BBQ to cool completely before covering it. Covering a hot BBQ can trap heat and moisture, which damages the cover fabric and accelerates rust on BBQ components.
Ensure the BBQ is dry before covering. If the BBQ is wet from rain or cleaning, allow it to air dry or wipe it down before covering. Trapping moisture under the cover creates a humid environment that promotes rust and mildew.

No. This cover is designed for 2-burner BBQs up to 105 cm wide. For 3-burner and 4-burner BBQs, you will need the Coleman Premium Large BBQ Cover (fits BBQs up to 155 cm wide) or the Coleman Premium Extra Large BBQ Cover (fits BBQs up to 170 cm wide).
The cover is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. The PU-coated polyester fabric repels water and sheds rain effectively, but prolonged exposure to heavy rain or pooling water on the cover surface may eventually allow water to penetrate. This is normal for outdoor covers and does not indicate a defect.
For best results, ensure the cover is properly fitted with the Velcro straps secured, which prevents water from entering from below and helps the cover shed rain from the top.
Wipe the cover with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Allow the cover to air dry completely before replacing it on the BBQ. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals, as these can damage the PU coating and seams.
Yes. The cover is designed for year-round outdoor use. However, the cover will last longer if you remove it occasionally to allow both the cover and the BBQ to air dry completely, especially after periods of heavy rain.
