Returns & Refunds Policy
Warranty & Faulty Goods
Goods returned for assessment or repair will be inspected and, where applicable, repaired, replaced, or refunded within a reasonable timeframe.
In some cases, you may be required to contact the manufacturer's authorised Australian service centre directly, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms, for assessment and resolution.
If a product is determined to have a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, including where the item:
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Does not match its description
you will be entitled to a replacement or refund, as applicable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for free, promotional, or bonus items supplied with a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be new, unused, unopened, and in original resalable condition
- Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be intact
- The product must not be a sale, clearance, or special-order item
Products that have been opened, used, assembled, or installed cannot be returned for change of mind.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:
- Consumables, including charcoal, pellets, fuels, rubs, sauces, and seasonings
- Clearance or discounted items
- Special-order or custom products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Bonus or promotional items
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return freight costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. All terms above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
