Order & Shipping

1. Do you deliver outside of business hours?

Yes, we can arrange delivery on weeknights or weekends where needed. We just ask that this is coordinated with us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. We’re always happy to work with you to find a time that suits.

2. If I get stuck with installation, can you help walk me through it?

Absolutely. If you run into any issues during installation, we can help guide you through the process step by step. Whether it’s over the phone, via email, or with photos or video, we’re here to make sure your BBQ or outdoor cooking setup is installed correctly and safely. We work with these products every day, so you’re never left figuring it out alone.

3. Can I speak to someone before or after I purchase?

Yes we encourage it. We’re always happy to talk through your options, answer questions, or help troubleshoot after your purchase. You can call us, send us a message, or visit our showroom to speak directly with someone who knows the products inside and out.

Even if you feel something isn't working as it should or just plain stumped (Hey we've all been there).

4. Do you offer phone support for product advice or issues?

We do. Phone support is available during business hours (and we can arrange for calls outside business hours as well)( for everything from choosing the right BBQ to helping you resolve any questions once it’s set up. If you prefer to talk things through rather than email, we’re just a phone call away.

5. Can I visit your showroom to see the BBQs in person?

Yes showroom visits are welcome. Seeing the BBQs in person can make all the difference when choosing the right model. You can speak with us, compare options, and get honest advice based on how you plan to cook and entertain.

6. I’m not sure which accessories I actually need can you help point me in the right direction?

Absolutely. We’ll help you cut through the noise and recommend accessories that genuinely improve how you cook, not just extras you won’t use. From heat deflectors and thermometers to covers and cleaning tools, we’ll tailor advice to your BBQ and cooking style.

Product & Returns

1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow it every step of the journey.

2. Will you help unload the BBQ or smoker at my house?

Yes, we can help with unloading your BBQ or smoker at delivery. Please keep in mind that many of these units are heavy and may require more than one person to move safely. Having extra hands available on delivery day makes the process much smoother and helps ensure everything is handled carefully.

3. Do you offer repairs or warranty support?

Yes. Whilst we don't physically fix them ourselves, we can assist with warranty claims and help coordinate repairs where applicable. We work closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

4. What if I have a problem with my order or product?

If something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll help sort it out. Whether it’s a delivery issue, a product question, or something that doesn’t seem right, We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. What if I’m not sure who to contact or what I need?

No problem at all. If you’re unsure where to start, just get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction. You don’t need to know the answer before reaching out that’s what we’re here for.
