Orders, Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping times vary by product and destination. Most orders dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is on the way, we send tracking details so you can follow it from our door to yours.
BBQ and smoker orders ship free across the Sydney metro area, with delivery and installation included.
Do you deliver outside of business hours?
Yes. We can arrange delivery on weeknights or weekends where needed. We just ask that you coordinate the timing with us in advance so we can make the right arrangements. Happy to work with you to find a time that suits.
Will you help unload the BBQ or smoker at my house?
Yes. We help with unloading at delivery. Keep in mind many of these units are heavy and may need more than one person to move safely. Having extra hands available on delivery day makes the process smoother and helps everything get placed where you want it.
If I get stuck with installation, can you help walk me through it?
Absolutely. If you run into issues during installation, we can walk you through the process step by step. Phone, email, or with photos and video. We work with these products every day, so you are never left figuring it out alone.
Buying Advice & Showroom
Can I visit your showroom to see the BBQs in person?
Yes, showroom visits are welcome. Seeing the BBQs in person makes a real difference when choosing the right model. Compare options, ask questions, and get honest advice based on how you cook and entertain.
We are at 5 Vicars Place, Wetherill Park. Open Monday and Wednesday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm. Closed Tuesday and Sunday.
Can I speak to someone before or after I purchase?
Yes, we encourage it. Happy to talk through options, answer questions, or help troubleshoot after your purchase. Call, send a message, or visit the showroom to speak directly with someone who knows the products inside and out.
Even if something is not working as it should or you are plain stumped (we have all been there), get in touch and we will help you sort it.
Do you offer phone support for product advice or issues?
Yes. Phone support is available during business hours, and we can arrange calls outside business hours too. Everything from choosing the right BBQ to resolving questions once it is set up. If you would rather talk things through than email, we are a phone call away on 0434 010 411.
I am not sure which accessories I actually need. Can you point me in the right direction?
Absolutely. We will help you cut through the noise and recommend accessories that genuinely improve how you cook, not just extras you will not use. From heat deflectors and thermometers to covers and cleaning tools, we tailor advice to your BBQ and cooking style.
Warranty, Returns & Support
Do you offer repairs or warranty support?
Yes. We do not physically fix products ourselves, but we assist with warranty claims and coordinate repairs where applicable. We work closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What if I have a problem with my order or product?
If something is not right, get in touch and we will help sort it out. A delivery issue, a product question, or something that does not seem right. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
What if I am not sure who to contact or what I need?
No problem at all. If you are unsure where to start, get in touch and we will point you in the right direction. You do not need to know the answer before reaching out, that is what we are here for.
