The Premium Built-In Grill Cover - Imperial 600 Series fits the Imperial QS 690 BI. The Premium Grill Cover - Imperial / Regal 500 Series fits both the Imperial QS 590 BI and the Regal Q 590 Pro. The Cast Iron Griddle, Rotisserie Tumble Basket, 15" Grilling Stone, Chicken Roaster, Imperial 3-Piece Tool Set, Universal Grill Light, Palmyra brushes and Burner Maintenance Set are all compatible with both the Imperial QS and Regal Q ranges.

Premium Built-In Grill Cover - Imperial 600 Series. Sized for the Imperial QS 690 BI Built-In Pro. Specifically cut to fit a 6-burner built-in chamber. Premium heavyweight construction with secure straps for outdoor kitchens.

Premium Grill Cover - Imperial / Regal 500 Series. Fits the Imperial QS 590 BI Built-In and the Regal Q 590 Pro freestanding. 5-burner sizing across both installation types.

Both covers use weather-resistant fabric engineered to handle Sydney summer heat and winter rain without cracking. A cover is the single best thing you can do to extend grill life.

The Tumble Basket attaches to the rotisserie spit on Imperial QS and Regal Q grills and lets you slow-rotate chopped vegetables, roasted nuts, whole baby potatoes, wings and other cuts that are too small to skewer. The mesh basket tumbles the contents as the spit rotates so everything cooks evenly with consistent browning.

You will need the rotisserie kit on your specific Broil King model for the basket to work. Most Imperial QS and Regal Q models include the rotisserie motor and spit standard. Confirm by checking your model's spec sheet or call 0434 010 411.

The Broil King Cast Iron Griddle is porcelain-enamel coated, which means it needs far less maintenance than uncoated cast iron and never requires seasoning with oil.

Day-to-day care: preheat to cooking temp, brush off residue with a brass brush, wipe down with a damp cloth once cooled. Avoid steel wool or abrasive scourers that can chip the porcelain coating. If a chip occurs after years of use, the porcelain protects the iron from rust as long as the damaged area is kept seasoned with a thin layer of cooking oil.

For storage, keep the griddle dry. If you live in a humid coastal area, a light coat of food-safe oil after each use prevents any surface oxidation.

The Universal Grill Light clamps to most BBQ side handles up to 5cm diameter, including all current Imperial QS and Regal Q models. It is also designed to fit other major brand grills with similar handle profiles, hence the "Universal" naming.

The LED panel pivots to direct light into the cook chamber when the lid is open. Battery-powered with USB-C charging. Useful for evening cooks where you actually need to see meat surface colour, probe placement and cook progress without holding a phone torch.

Wire brushes have a known safety problem: bristles snap off over time and can stick to grates, then end up embedded in food. There have been documented hospital cases from swallowed wire bristles. Many cooks have moved away from wire brushes entirely for this reason.

Palmyra is a natural plant fibre brush, similar to a stiff broom bristle, that cleans porcelain-coated cast iron grates effectively without the bristle-loss risk. The Broil King Baron Palmyra Grill Brush handles routine cleaning, and the Replacement Brush Heads 3-Pack lets you swap heads as they wear.

The Gas Barbecue Burner Maintenance Set is a small kit of tools designed to clear blocked burner ports and flame tamer slots, which is the main cause of uneven flame distribution on gas BBQs over time.

Symptoms that you need it: weak flame on one section, yellow rather than blue flame colour, or burners that struggle to light. A 10-minute clean with this kit twice a year will keep an Imperial QS or Regal Q burning evenly for the life of the BBQ.
