Meat Church noticed plenty of people combining Holy Cow and The Gospel themselves, and heard the same two notes again and again: that Holy Cow could be too peppery for some, and that The Gospel could use a boost. The Holy Gospel is the answer, a purpose-built blend that lands between the two, with the savoury backbone of a great beef rub and the rounded, all-purpose versatility that makes it work well beyond just beef.
