Built on a foundation of rich garlic and premium spices, it delivers a perfect balance of flavour and spice for beef, chicken, pork, seafood, veggies, and anything cooked over fire. The much-loved Blanco started as a steak-and-everything all-rounder, and this version keeps that smooth, savoury, buttery base while layering in two things: a big hit of rich garlic, and real dehydrated jalapeno. It is not a punishing chilli rub. The jalapeno kick is present but balanced, so it adds warmth and depth rather than blowing the dish out, which is exactly why it works on so much.
