Buying a Big Green Egg from an authorised dealer matters for two reasons. First, the warranty is only valid when the product is purchased through an authorised channel. Every Big Green Egg size from MiniMax through XL is on display at our Wetherill Park showroom. Why Come In Before Buying

The Big Green Egg is a significant purchase. The size decision is the most important one you will make and it is genuinely difficult to judge from product photos and spec sheets alone. A Large looks large in a product photo. In person next to an XL, the size difference is immediately apparent and for a lot of buyers changes the decision.

We have had customers come in intending to buy a Large and leave with an XL after seeing them side by side. We have also had customers come in thinking they needed an XL and realise the Large covers everything they actually cook. Neither outcome is predictable from a spec sheet. The showroom visit is the only way to be certain.

We also cook on the BGE. If you have a specific question about a cook type, a temperature range, an accessory, or how the egg behaves in Australian weather conditions, we can answer it from direct experience rather than manufacturer documentation.
