The RACKT Suspender Module is a focused add-on for the Green Mountain Grills RACKT modular cooking system. It clips into the RACKT rails inside the Ledge Prime 2.0 or Peak Prime 2.0 chamber and gives you a row of hangers for chicken legs, drummettes and other small cuts that benefit from vertical smoking. No more chasing drumsticks around the grate to keep an even cook.
For thirty dollars, it is one of the highest-value upgrades you can make to a Prime 2.0 grill. It pulls a cook style that was previously the domain of dedicated vertical smokers straight into your everyday pellet grill workflow.
For Ledge Prime 2.0 and Peak Prime 2.0 Only
The RACKT system is built into the chamber of the Ledge Prime 2.0 and Peak Prime 2.0 grills. This Suspender Module does not fit the Trek Prime 2.0 or other GMG models. If you are unsure which grill you have, give us a call before ordering.

A Better Way to Smoke Small Cuts
Smoking chicken legs and drummettes on grates works, but you spend the cook flipping and shuffling pieces around to get even bark on every side. Hanging the same cuts gives you a far cleaner result with less hands-on time.
Full 360-Degree Smoke Contact
Hung cuts have airflow on every side. Smoke wraps the meat evenly without the contact point a grate creates, so colour and bark form uniformly across the whole piece.
Cleaner Fat Rendering
Drippings fall straight off the hung cut rather than pooling on the skin. The skin tightens and crisps cleanly, and you get less of the stewed effect that can happen when fat sits underneath on a grate.

The Suspender Module is one of several RACKT modules that let you reshape your cooking surface for the cook in front of you. Stack racks for capacity cooks, hang for poultry and small cuts, swap to flat grates for direct grilling.
Note that other RACKT modules shown in the product imagery on the manufacturer's site are sold separately. The Suspender Module ships on its own.

Will this fit my Trek Prime 2.0?
No. The Trek Prime 2.0 chamber does not have the RACKT rail system built into it, so RACKT modules including this Suspender cannot be installed. RACKT is exclusive to the Ledge Prime 2.0 and Peak Prime 2.0. If you have a Trek and you are looking for a way to expand your cooking surface, give us a call and we will recommend an accessory that actually fits your grill.
How many drumsticks can I hang at once?
Capacity depends on the size of your cuts, but a typical load is twelve to sixteen drumsticks or drummettes across the Suspender bar. For a full chamber cook with the RACKT Suspender plus your main grate, you can comfortably do a tray of wings and a brisket together.
Can I use it for cuts other than chicken legs?
Yes, with a bit of creativity. Pork tenderloins, sausages tied with butcher's twine, smaller poultry pieces and even some seafood cuts work well hung. The hooks are designed for chicken legs and drummettes as the primary use case, so anything you hang needs to be a similar weight class and able to secure cleanly on a hook.
Are the other RACKT modules shown in product photos included?
No. The Suspender Module ships on its own. Other RACKT modules featured in the Green Mountain Grills product imagery, such as additional racks or stacking pieces, are sold separately. Give us a call or visit the showroom if you want to build out the full RACKT setup for your grill.
