Green Mountain Grills RACKT Griddle Module
Turn your Ledge Prime 2.0 or Peak Prime 2.0 into a wood-fired flat-top. Smash burgers, breakfast cooks, and anything you would normally need a Blackstone for.
The RACKT Griddle Module is the single biggest expansion of what your Prime 2.0 grill can cook. It clips into the RACKT rails inside the Ledge Prime 2.0 or Peak Prime 2.0 chamber and gives you a solid flat-top cooking surface, so meal categories that were never possible on grates suddenly are. Breakfast with eggs, bacon and hash browns. Smash burgers with proper crust. Stir-fries, fajitas, and vegetables that would have fallen through the grate.
The difference between this and a stand-alone propane flat-top is the wood. Every cook on this griddle picks up real pellet smoke flavour, which a Blackstone or any other gas griddle cannot do. You also do not need to buy and store a second appliance. Same grill, swap the module, different cook. For sixty dollars, it is one of the most transformative single accessories you can buy for the platform.
For Ledge Prime 2.0 and Peak Prime 2.0 Only
The Griddle Module clips into a RACKT Backboard fitted inside the Ledge Prime 2.0 or Peak Prime 2.0 chamber. The Backboard is sold separately and is required to use this Module. The Griddle does not fit the Trek Prime 2.0 or other GMG models. If you are unsure about your setup, give us a call before ordering.
Why a Griddle Module
An Entirely New Style of Cook on the Same Grill
A grate is great for steaks, ribs, and big cuts. It is hopeless for eggs, hash browns, or a properly smashed burger patty. The Griddle Module solves that without making you buy a second piece of equipment. Drop it in for griddle cooks, take it out for everything else, and unlock the meal categories a pellet grill traditionally cannot handle.
Smash Burgers and Flat-Top Cooking
A proper smash burger needs a hot, solid surface to crust the patty. Grates cannot do this. The Griddle Module lets you smash, sear, and finish burgers exactly the way a diner flat-top would, on the same grill you already use for low-and-slow cooks.
Wood-Fired Smoke on Griddle Food
A gas griddle gives you a flat-top. A wood-fired griddle gives you flat-top food with real pellet smoke flavour baked in. Bacon, eggs, smashed potatoes, fajita veg, stir-fries, all picking up subtle wood character that a propane flat-top simply cannot do.
Breakfast on the Smoker
Eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, French toast. All the things you cannot do on a grate, on the same grill you would normally fire up for a brisket. Saturday breakfast on the smoker becomes a real option.
Drop-In RACKT Fit
Clips into the existing RACKT rails inside your Ledge or Peak chamber. No tools, no permanent install, no adjustment to your existing grates. Use it on the cooks where you need a flat-top, slide it out for everything else.
The RACKT System
One Piece of a Bigger Modular Picture
RACKT is Green Mountain Grills' modular accessory system for the Ledge Prime 2.0 and Peak Prime 2.0 chambers. The Griddle Module is one of several RACKT modules that clip into the RACKT Backboard to let you reshape your cooking surface for the cook in front of you. Stack racks for capacity cooks, hang for poultry and small cuts, swap to flat grates for direct grilling.
Note that other RACKT modules shown in the product imagery on the manufacturer's site are sold separately. The Griddle Module ships on its own.

Quick answers to the most common questions on this RACKT module.
Will this fit my Trek Prime 2.0?
No. The Trek Prime 2.0 chamber does not have the RACKT rail system built into it, so RACKT modules including this Griddle cannot be installed. RACKT is exclusive to the Ledge Prime 2.0 and Peak Prime 2.0. If you have a Trek and you are looking for a flat-top accessory that actually fits your grill, give us a call and we will recommend an option that works for the Trek.
Can I cook smash burgers on it?
Yes. This is one of the most popular uses of the Griddle Module. Crank the grill up to high, let the griddle preheat fully, smash your patties straight onto the surface, finish with cheese under a metal cover, and you get a proper smash burger with the bonus of subtle pellet smoke flavour you cannot get from a propane griddle.
How is this different from a Blackstone or other gas griddle?
Two main differences. First, this is a wood-fired griddle, so everything you cook on it picks up real pellet smoke flavour, which a propane griddle cannot do. Second, this is a module that drops into a grill you already own, so you do not have to buy, store, or maintain a separate appliance. The trade-off is that a dedicated flat-top has more surface area than the Griddle Module. For a household setup that already has a pellet grill, the convenience and the smoke flavour usually win.
Are the other RACKT modules shown in product photos included?
No. The Griddle Module ships on its own. Other RACKT modules featured in the Green Mountain Grills product imagery, such as the Suspender, Warming Rack, or Rib Rack, are sold separately. The RACKT Backboard is also a separate purchase and is required for any RACKT module to attach. Give us a call or visit the showroom if you want to build out the full RACKT setup for your grill.
