Two ceramic split deflectors let you run direct and indirect heat zones side by side, and the optimised stainless steel basket improves airflow and is easier to lift when hot.
Two heat zones, one Egg
The biggest limitation of a kamado is that it is usually one temperature all over. This kit changes that. Two ceramic split deflectors let you set up a direct searing zone and an indirect low-and-slow zone on the same cook, side by side, or combine them to run indirect across the whole surface. Sear and roast at once, or go low and slow with full coverage.
Direct and indirect at once
Two ceramic split deflectors create separate direct and indirect zones side by side, so you can sear and cook gently on the same grill.
Or full indirect coverage
Combine both deflectors to run indirect heat across the full cooking surface for low and slow barbecue.
Optimised stainless basket
The optimised stainless steel charcoal basket improves airflow for a better fire, and is easier to lift out when hot.
Pairs with the Egg system
