The BBQ Republic Promise
10-Gauge
Stainless Steel
Front + Side
Two-Shelf Kit
Slides On
No Tools
A stainless steel shelf kit for the Yoder YS640 pellet grill, pairing a newly redesigned front shelf sleeve with a matching side shelf sleeve.
Both are heavy-duty 10-gauge stainless and slide straight over your existing wire shelves, upgrading the look and making them far easier to keep clean.
Cleaner, tougher shelves for your YS640
Wire shelves catch grease and are a pain to scrub. This kit solves both ends at once. The front and side sleeves slide straight over your existing wire shelves, giving you solid, heavy-duty 10-gauge stainless surfaces that wipe clean in seconds and resist rust, so your Yoder both looks sharper and works harder.
Front and side kit
Includes both the front shelf sleeve and the matching side shelf sleeve, upgrading the prep space on two sides of your cooker in one go.
Slides over your wire shelves
Each sleeve simply slides over your existing wire shelf, so fitting them takes seconds with no tools, hardware or modifications.
Easier to clean
Solid 10-gauge stainless surfaces are far easier to clean than open wire shelving. A quick wipe and they are done, with nowhere for grease to hide.
Genuine Yoder, made in USA
Genuine Yoder Smokers parts made in the USA, so they fit your cooker exactly and carry the same rust-resistant, heavy-duty build as the grill.
Please Note
These sleeves fit over your existing wire shelves rather than replacing them, so keep your wire shelves in place. The kit suits the YS640 on both standard cart and competition cart. Call the team on 0434 010 411 if you would like the fit confirmed for your cooker.
