A rotisserie does something no grate can. As the spit turns, the meat bastes in its own juices and cooks evenly all the way around, building a crisp, golden exterior while the inside stays moist. Paired with the smoke from your Yoder, a rotisserie chicken or roast comes off this kit juicy, even and full of flavour.
Powerful gear motor
A powerful gear motor turns the spit at a steady 3 RPM, slowly and reliably rotating up to 50 lb of food for even cooking.
Self-basting, even cooking
Constant rotation bastes the meat in its own juices and cooks it evenly on every side, for a crisp outside and a moist centre.

Adaptable three-piece rod

Fit & Installation
Designed for the Yoder S-Series YS640, and requires a round stack collar and second shelf to fit. An installation manual and retrofit instructions are provided. If you are unsure whether your cooker is ready for the kit, call the team on 0434 010 411 and we will confirm the fit before you buy.
