The Yoder Smokers YS640 Half-Depth Shelf is perfect for cooking and holding smaller cuts of meat on the top rack of your YS640 pellet cooker.
Because it is half depth, you still get to the back of the main cooking area underneath, so you gain space without losing access.
More cooking space, without losing reach
A full second shelf is great until you cannot reach the back of the main grate. This half-depth design solves that. It adds a top-rack tier for smaller cuts, wings, sausages or sides, while leaving the rear of the main cooking area open, so you can load up, tend and pull food without wrestling a full-width shelf out of the way.
