What the Drip Tray Does and Why It Needs a Liner
The drip tray sits below the grill grates and above the firebox inside the cook chamber. It intercepts all fat and drippings from the food during the cook and channels them toward the grease drain, which directs them down into the side-mounted grease bucket. It is the primary grease interception surface in the grill and it covers the full width and length of the cook chamber floor.
Without a liner, the drip tray accumulates baked-on, carbonised grease with every cook. After a long brisket session, the tray has hardened grease residue that requires significant scrubbing to remove. The aluminium liner sits over the full tray surface and catches everything. At the end of the cook, you peel the liner off and discard it. The tray underneath stays clean indefinitely.

Sized to cover the full internal drip tray of the Pro 575 and Pro 22. No exposed tray surface means all drippings land on the liner, not the tray.
Heat-Resistant Aluminium
Handles the internal temperatures of the Pro 575 during normal cooking operations. No warping or failure at the temperatures produced by a pellet grill in low and slow or grilling modes.
Disposable, No Scrubbing
Peel the liner off at the end of the cook and discard. The drip tray beneath stays clean, protecting the tray surface and eliminating the most time-consuming part of post-cook grill maintenance.
