The Misty Gully Competition BBQ Gloves are the two-layer glove system competition cooks use for handling hot meat straight off the smoker. Heat-resistant cotton gloves paired with a large box of disposable black nitrile gloves. Wear the cotton glove for heat protection, pull a nitrile glove over the top for a food-safe, waterproof barrier. Grab hot ribs, pull pork, and move a brisket by hand without waiting for it to cool.

The cotton inner glove takes the heat so you can grab a hot rack of ribs, pull pork, or move a brisket by hand without waiting for it to cool. The nitrile outer glove keeps everything food-safe and clean. Because there are 24 pairs of nitrile in the box, you peel off the dirty outer glove and pull on a fresh one between tasks without ever removing the cotton glove underneath. That is the system that lets comp cooks handle hot meat fast and stay food-safe through a long cook.
