360° Airflow Convection

The clever part is the 360 degree airflow. Hot air circulates all the way around the oven, so your pizza cooks evenly and comes out perfectly crispy every time, without you having to open up and rotate it halfway through. It sits inside your barbecue and uses the grill's heat to reach the high temperatures a great pizza needs, for that authentic wood-fired, brick-oven character at home.

A premium stainless steel interior and porcelain-coated exterior, with a pizza stone for non-stick cooking and sizing panels to fit it neatly into your grill.
Check It Fits Your Grill
A versatile insert that fits most charcoal, gas, and pellet grills, not just Masterbuilt. It suits grills between 49.5 and 74.5cm wide and 42.5 to 50cm deep, and is best suited to the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 and 1050, and also fits the Gravity Series 600 and XT.
