The Masterbuilt Half-Grate Griddle Insert adds a proper griddle surface to your digital charcoal grill.
This reversible, heavy-duty cast iron insert replaces one cooking grate, so you can griddle on one side of the grill and keep grilling on the other.
Griddle and grill at the same time
Pull out one of your cooking grates and drop this griddle in its place. Now half the grill is a flat cast iron cooktop for smash burgers, breakfast and fajitas, while the other half stays open for searing over the coals. One cook, two surfaces, no swapping gear mid-session.
Reversible flat and ribbed
Flat-top on one side for smash burgers and eggs, ribbed on the other for sear marks on steaks and veg. A grease channel runs along one edge to drain the fat.
Heavy-duty cast iron
Thick cast iron holds and spreads heat evenly, so the whole surface cooks at a steady temperature.
Replaces half a grate
It takes the place of one cooking grate, leaving the other grate free to grill at the same time.
Pre-seasoned and ready
The griddle arrives pre-seasoned, so it is ready to cook from the first use.
