A rotisserie turns the whole cook into a self-basting job. As the spit rotates, the juices run back over the meat instead of dripping away, so a chook or a roast comes off crisp outside and succulent through the middle. Load the spit, fit the claws, switch on the motor and let the Gravity Series do the rest.
