How to Use
Coat, rest, cook.
Pat the meat dry and shake on an even coat on all sides. Let it sit for a few minutes, then cook low and slow or over direct heat. The sugar in this blend caramelises, so over very high direct heat keep an eye on it to avoid scorching.
