The Broil King Baron 590i Pro IR Shadow is a modular outdoor kitchen that brings a complete built-in cooking station to your backyard in a single, preconfigured unit. At its heart is a five-burner Baron grill head with the legendary Broil King cooking system, set into a sleek, matte-black Shadow-finish island with real storage and a stainless steel bench top built in.

Baron built-in islands deliver grilling performance, abundant storage, and a sleek design in one coordinated package rather than a grill you have to build a kitchen around. Five stainless steel Dual-Tube burners deliver 45,000 BTU of powerful, even heat, backed by a 10,000 BTU infrared side burner for searing and a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner with the premium kit included. A premium cast iron griddle is included as well, for breakfasts, smash burgers, and delicate items right on the grill.

The Broil King Cooking System
The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave vaporises drippings and turns them back into flavour while shielding the burners, and the solid 8mm stainless steel cooking grids deliver excellent heat retention and searing power.

Soft-close galvanized steel cabinet drawers, a pull-out tank drawer, and a pull-out cabinet with separate trash and recycling bins, all under a stainless steel counter top.

A Therma-Cast aluminium cookbox and black porcelain enamelled hood with cast aluminium end caps, finished in durable matte-black Shadow styling for years of outdoor use.
Cast Iron Griddle Included
A premium cast iron griddle comes in the box, so you can cook breakfasts, smash burgers, seafood, and vegetables straight on the grill without buying an extra plate.
