The Broil King Cooking System
A full-coverage stainless steel Flav-R-Wave vaporises drippings to build flavour and cut flare-ups, and the stainless steel cooking grids hold heat for a proper sear.
Side and Rotisserie Burners
A 10,000 BTU side burner handles sides and sauces, and a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner with included kit slow-roasts whole birds and large cuts.
