The BBQ Republic Promise
The Caribbean jerk shack, recreated in your own backyard.
Atomic Chicken Jamaican Jerk brings the famous flavour of the Caribbean jerk shack to your own grill. It is warm and aromatic, built on thyme, garlic and onion with the savoury, spiced character jerk is loved for.
Sprinkle, rub or use it as a dry marinade before barbecuing, grilling or roasting. It is at its best on chicken, but it carries that island warmth onto pork, fish and vegetables just as well.
