Reclaimed Australian Hardwoods

Every board is built from salvaged and re-purposed Australian hardwoods sourced from ex-demolition timber. Density, weight and grain character that new timber simply cannot match. No two boards look the same.

Deep Juice Channel

A purpose-cut groove runs the full perimeter of every board. Slice a brisket, pull a pork shoulder or rest a tomahawk without losing a drop of jus to the bench. Catch the juice. Pour it back over the meat.

Cut-away handle grips on each end make a 10kg board safe to lift and carry. Heavy-duty rubber feet keep the board planted while you slice and protect the benchtop underneath from damage.

Why is The Australian Brisket Board different to a standard chopping board?
The Australian Brisket Board is purpose-built for BBQ. Every board is made from reclaimed Australian hardwoods and features a deep juice channel that runs the full perimeter, cut-away handle grips for safe lifting, and heavy-duty rubber feet for stability. Standard kitchen chopping boards are not built for slicing a 6kg brisket and catching the jus.
How do I choose the right Brisket Board size?
The Mini suits everyday kitchen prep and smaller cuts. The Medium is the most popular all-rounder, big enough for brisket, ribs and pork shoulder, and doubles as an entertaining platter. The Large is built for serious pitmasters running full packer briskets, comp cooks and large events. If you are unsure, visit the Wetherill Park showroom and we can put all three in front of you.
How do I care for my Australian Brisket Board?
Hand wash with warm soapy water, dry immediately, and oil every few weeks with a food-safe board oil or mineral oil. Never put the board in a dishwasher and do not soak it in water. Cared for properly, an Australian Brisket Board will last for decades.
Does BBQ Republic deliver Brisket Boards across Sydney?
Yes. BBQ Republic offers Sydney metro delivery on all Brisket Boards, with showroom pickup available from our Wetherill Park location.
