When you move up to the Competition Cart, the footprint of your YS640 changes significantly. The wider stance, wire shelves, and larger cart dimensions mean the standard cart cover will not fit correctly. This is the cover built specifically for that configuration, cut to fit the full Competition Cart setup so every part of the grill and cart is properly protected.
The moment we upgraded from the Standard Cart to the Competition Cart, this cover was one of the first things we ordered. Keeping the grill covered after every cook has been part of our routine since we first got our YS640, and it is the main reason the finish and exterior have held up the way they have over years of regular use. After every cook, once the grill has cooled, the cover goes on. It takes seconds and it keeps the whole setup looking exactly as it should between sessions.
