Designed to sit securely on the grill grate of any ModiFIRE-compatible Traeger, this reversible griddle gives you a flat side ideal for frying eggs and bacon, and a ridged side for perfect sear marks, all on real cast iron.
Two Cooking Surfaces in One
Flat for the griddle, ridged for the sear.
Flip it to the flat side for a proper griddle: breakfasts, smash burgers, delicate fish, and anything that would fall through the grates. Flip it to the ridged side for defined sear marks and that steakhouse look on steaks and chops. One accessory, and you have both a griddle and a searing plate without swapping equipment mid-cook.

Enamel-Coated Cast Iron
Cast iron holds heat and sears beautifully, and the enamel coating means it is easy to maintain and ready to cook with right out of the box, with none of the seasoning routine bare cast iron needs.
Drains Grease to the Keg
A recessed channel drains grease straight into your grill's EZ-Clean Grease and Ash Keg, so cleanup stays simple and there is no tray of grease to carry off and tip out.
Easy, Precise Placement
Handle openings on each end let you lift it on and off safely and place it precisely on the grate, even when the grill is hot. It sits securely, not sliding around mid-cook.
