    Super Smoke Mode activates Traeger's FreeFlow firepot system to maximise the volume of fresh smoke circulating over the food at low temperatures. The result is more smoke penetration into the meat than the standard setting produces at the same cooking temperature.

    For brisket, pork shoulder, and ribs where smoke ring development and flavour penetration during the early hours of the cook are a primary quality driver, Super Smoke Mode changes what the grill produces. It is a feature the Pro series does not have. If smoke output matters to how you cook, the Woodridge Pro is the Traeger for you.

    Feature 01

    EZ-Clean Grease and Ash Keg

    Grease drippings and pellet ash collect in a single large container underneath the grill rather than in separate drip buckets and channels. The keg pulls out from the front, empties in seconds, and goes back in. Post-cook cleanup is significantly faster than on the Pro series.

    P.A.L. Pop-and-Lock Rail

    A modular accessory rail runs along the front of the grill and accepts a growing range of P.A.L. attachment accessories including tool hooks, paper towel holders, and tray inserts. Attachments lock on and off without tools, making it easy to customise the grill setup for each cook.

    Integrated Digital Pellet Sensor

    A sensor monitors the pellet level in the hopper and pushes a notification to the Traeger app when levels are running low. A long overnight brisket cook does not run out of fuel unnoticed. The Pro series has no pellet level monitoring built in.

    Keep Warm Mode

    Keep Warm Mode holds the grill at a low temperature to maintain food at serving temperature without continuing to cook it. Useful for entertaining when guests are arriving across a range of times and the brisket needs to stay ready without overcooking.

    What is the EZ-Clean Grease and Ash Keg?

    A single container underneath the grill collects both grease drippings and pellet ash from the firebox. After a cook, you pull the keg out from the front, empty it, and replace it. No separate grease bucket. No separate ash removal step. Cleanup after a long brisket cook takes significantly less time than on the Pro series, which uses separate grease channels and requires individual cleaning of each component.
