The Cyprus Barbee-Q (MR03) is a compact multi-function rotisserie and grill system that combines motorized rotisserie spits, manual skewers, and flat grills in a single unit. The design allows you to cook using three different methods simultaneously: rotisserie for whole chickens or large roasts, skewers for kebabs or souvlaki, and flat grills for steaks, chops, or vegetables.
The unit features two independent motors, each rated for 15kg load capacity with adjustable speed. The motors rotate three rotisserie rods (8mm thick) that span the length of the cooking area. Each rotisserie rod includes large stainless steel forks for securing whole chickens, legs of lamb, or large roasts.
Below the rotisserie level are 11 stainless steel skewers (5mm thick) for cooking kebabs, souvlaki, or smaller cuts of meat and vegetables. The skewers sit stationary above the charcoal and require manual turning during cooking.
Two stainless steel flat grills provide additional cooking surface for items that don't require skewers or rotisserie, such as steaks, chops, fish, or vegetables.
The entire unit is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion. The charcoal tray sits below all cooking surfaces and provides fuel for the system. A bottom shelf stores charcoal, utensils, or accessories. Four lockable caster wheels allow you to move the unit and lock it in position during use.
The cooking area measures 650 x 360 mm, which provides capacity for approximately 8-12 servings depending on what you are cooking.

304-grade stainless steel construction The entire unit is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, including the frame, rotisserie rods, skewers, grills, charcoal tray, and bottom shelf. 304-grade stainless steel is food-grade stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion when exposed to moisture, heat, smoke, grease, and outdoor weathering.
Stainless steel construction makes the unit suitable for permanent outdoor installation or frequent use. The material does not absorb odors or flavors, and can be cleaned with soapy water or degreaser after use.
Dual motors with 15kg capacity each The unit includes two independent motors, each rated for 15kg load capacity with adjustable speed. The motors are positioned at one end of the unit and drive the three rotisserie rods via a gear or chain system.
The 15kg capacity per motor means each motor can handle approximately 5kg per rotisserie rod if the load is distributed evenly. For context, a whole chicken weighs approximately 1.5-2kg, so you could load 6-9 whole chickens across the three rotisserie rods before reaching maximum motor capacity.
The adjustable speed allows you to control the rotation rate. Faster rotation for smaller items that cook quickly, slower rotation for larger items that require longer cooking times.
3 x 8mm rotisserie rods with forks Three rotisserie rods measuring 8mm in diameter span the cooking area. The 8mm thickness provides structural strength to support heavy items like whole chickens, legs of lamb, or large pork roasts without bending under load.
Each rotisserie rod includes large stainless steel forks that secure the food to the rod. The forks have tines that penetrate the meat and prevent it from sliding or spinning independently of the rod during rotation.
The motorized rotation ensures even cooking. All sides of the food are exposed to heat evenly as the rods rotate, which creates consistent browning and prevents one side from overcooking.
11 x 5mm stainless steel skewers Eleven stainless steel skewers measuring 5mm in diameter sit below the rotisserie rods. The skewers are positioned above the charcoal bed and provide additional cooking capacity for kebabs, souvlaki, small cuts of meat, or vegetables.
Unlike the rotisserie rods, the skewers are stationary and require manual turning during cooking. The 5mm thickness is appropriate for threading meat and vegetables while providing enough strength to support the food without excessive bending.
2 x stainless steel flat grills Two stainless steel flat grills provide additional cooking surface for items that don't require skewers or rotisserie mounting. Use the flat grills for steaks, chops, fish, or vegetables that need direct contact with a flat cooking surface.
The flat grills sit above the charcoal bed alongside the skewers, which allows you to use multiple cooking methods simultaneously.

4 x lockable caster wheels Four industrial-grade caster wheels are mounted to the frame. The wheels allow you to move the unit for cleaning, storage, or repositioning. Lock the wheels to secure the unit during cooking.
Argie Grillz offers two Cyprus rotisserie models: the MR03 (this product) and the MC01. The choice depends on capacity needs and cooking methods.
Choose the MR03 if you want multi-level cooking with rotisserie, skewers, and flat grills in a compact unit for residential use. Choose the MC01 if you need maximum skewer capacity with motorized rotation for commercial use or large events.
The Cyprus Barbee-Q (MR03) requires assembly. Assembly instructions are included with the unit.
Assembly involves attaching the rotisserie rod supports, installing the motors and drive system, positioning the skewers and flat grills, mounting the charcoal tray and bottom shelf, and attaching the caster wheels. The process requires basic tools and is straightforward for anyone comfortable with assembly instructions.
Allow 1-2 hours for assembly. Two people are recommended due to the 26kg assembled weight.
After assembly, add charcoal to the charcoal tray, light the charcoal, mount food to the rotisserie rods or skewers, turn on the motors, and cook.
After each use: Allow the unit to cool completely. Remove and dispose of ash from the charcoal tray. Wipe down stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth to remove grease and food residue.
Deep cleaning: For heavy grease buildup, use a degreaser or stainless steel cleaner. Spray onto surfaces, let sit, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Rinse with water and dry.
Rotisserie rods, skewers, and grills: Remove and wash with warm soapy water. For stubborn residue, soak in warm soapy water, then scrub with a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry.
Motor maintenance: Keep the motors clean and dry. If the motors become wet, dry thoroughly before use. Lubricate the drive system periodically with food-grade lubricant.
Storage:
If storing outdoors, cover with a protective cover (available separately). If storing indoors, ensure the unit is clean and dry before storage.
